Land Surveying

GYMO, P.C.'s award winning Land Surveying Department has provided land surveying services to the Northern New York community for over 30 years. Our survey staff routinely performs boundary survey projects of varying scale and has been involved in all types of land and aerial surveys, for a multitude of projects.  We are very familiar with the regional geology, topography and watershed systems and maintain a comprehensive data base of survey records including the St. Lawrence and Black River Valleys, Adirondacks and eastern Lake Ontario properties.  Construction stakeout and machine control services are also provided by our Surveying Department regularly.

Currently, GYMO P.C. has 4 New York State Licensed Professional Land Surveyors on staff.  These licensed professionals are supplemented by the technical survey staff and the field crew.  Our team of professionals work together to provide personal attention to all projects, large and small.

To provide the best services to our clients, all surveys are performed with the latest available field and office equipment.  Our field crews operate with total station and Global Positioning System (GPS) instruments to obtain fast and accurate results.  We utilize the most current AutoCAD software to perform survey calculations and generate 3D surfaces for engineering design and construction use.  Using this technology, we integrate our survey information into final maps and drawings for our clients.
