GYMO, P.C.'s Engineering Department provides civil, site, and environmental engineering services throughout Jefferson, Lewis, St. Lawrence, Oneida and Oswego Counties. From municipalities to the private sector, our experienced, professional engineers serve development projects in the conceptual and planning phases through intricate design and construction administration phases. This includes land planning, engineering studies, site reconnaissance, funding agency applications, coordinating, permitting, contract documentation, bidding and construction administration of roadways, water, sanitary and storm sewer facilities.

Project drawings are AutoCad 2010 generated to provide fast, high-quality reproducibles that are easily modified to client requirements. Reports are professionally compiled with pertinent informaion presented in a clear, consice format, custom bound to specification.

His engineering work involves site selection, engineering design and project management of storm water, roadway, water, sanitary sewer and parking facilities. Throughout his professional career, Mr. Scordo has worked with more than 250 municipal, institutional, governmental, commercial and residential site development projects. His involvement consists of site master-planning, utility studies, traffic design and conceptual site development planning.

Mr. Scordo initially directs the design team during construction document and design development phase, assists with preparation of bid documents, Code Compliance and Permit applications, and continues with contract administration, construction inspections and project certifications.

His special expertise involves evaluation and analysis of Municipal and Regulatory requirements for the engineering design of complex site development and utility construction projects.

... His projects include structural system planning for multifamily residential and commercial projects, including elevators and multi-story structures.

He provides our project design teams with technical reviews for subdivisions, water transmission mains and sanitary and storm sewer utilities, assuring compliance with applicable federal, state and local regulations.

His special expertise includes pedestrian and highway bridges, recreational and public facilities design, as well as storm-water mitigation design and construction contract administration. Mr. Compo also represents our municipal clients for comprehensive renovation projects, and provides technical engineering services necessary for site planning and permitting.
