His engineering work involves site selection, engineering design and project management of storm water, roadway, water, sanitary sewer and parking facilities. Throughout his professional career, Mr. Scordo has worked with more than 250 municipal, institutional, governmental, commercial and residential site development projects. His involvement consists of site master-planning, utility studies, traffic design and conceptual site development planning.

Mr. Scordo initially directs the design team during construction document and design development phase, assists with preparation of bid documents, Code Compliance and Permit applications, and continues with contract administration, construction inspections and project certifications. His special expertise involves evaluation and analysis of Municipal and Regulatory requirements for the engineering design of complex site development and utility construction projects. He provides our project design teams with technical reviews for subdivisions, water transmission mains and sanitary and storm sewer utilities, assuring compliance with applicable federal, state and local regulations. His special expertise includes pedestrian and highway bridges, recreational and public facilities design, as well as storm-water mitigation design and construction contract administration.
