He provides consultation for construction contract management, construction planning and scheduling and provides field coordination of multiple trade construction operations. Mr. Olley is considered an expert in construction contract preparation and contract negotiation. As Director of the Architectural department at GYMOpc, his work includes coordination of project design teams and consultants for all aspects of civil, structural, mechanical and electrical engineering on complex projects.

He has special expertise in Sustainable Design/Construction Solutions as well as in the field of Alternative Energy Systems. His practical approach to Integrated Project Design, facility analysis and system configuration provides clients with successful project cost planning and budget control.
